Chris Wylde – Managing Director
Chris Wylde has more than 30 years' experience in insurance and claims, having held senior claims management positions at various insurers including AGF, NFU and NHBC. He was also head of claims at the Investors Compensation Scheme.
Since founding CWMC, Chris has worked with many insurers and fulfilment partners to develop innovative and successful claims services.
He and his team have audited more than 10,000 claims in the past four years alone, using this knowledge to help insurers and suppliers enhance their claims management and operational efficiency, and dramatically reduce claims leakage.
CWMC acted as the forensic claims auditors in the Southern Rock and Markerstudy supplier-focused litigation in 2011/1, with Chris also acting as an expert witness.
Chris has also been closely involved with the ClimateWise initiative, exploring opportunities to reduce environmental impact in claims fulfilment.
Chris is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, an associate member of the Institute of Management Consultants and a member of the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants.
